MY world. A bit of an insane work week. Some overtime so later nights than I expected. Late nights mean no gym as traffic is nuts getting to the gym and makes it too late getting home to my critters. My plan rather went out the window last night as I was simply hungry and kept doing mindless eating so lost track, the same tonight. Will jump back on at least by Sunday. Road trip tomorrow and probably eating out at least once maybe both lunch and dinner. Off to my first college football game since 1970 or so. 1st time watching my granddaughter cheer at NW MO State University. DD and triplets are all going so it will be a fun day. Hoping for no rain until late tomorrow.

Sometimes, I wish I'd gone to a "big sports" college. UB (SUNY at Buffalo) considered itself the "Berkley of the East" back in the '60s and ran off its football (and ROTC) programs by the time I started there in 1971. Also, I married at 19. We both worked two jobs to keep body and soul together and pay for books. Ah, the thing we *think* we want as kids! But I don't regret my higher education. It's served me well!

Looking forward to the day. Will be fun spending it with my daughter and my boys as it has been awhile since I have done that. 17yo's boys are simply busy and Kinzie never stops. I love watching Kinzie in her cheerleader role as she works so hard at training all year with gymnastics, weights, dance etc. She is smart also honor graduate from high school with a 4.6 average--weighted higher than 4.0 due to advanced classes. Well best get moving and get some things packed up to take. Not sure what this cold front is going to do with the weather so need to take some layers.
