Crock Pot Curried Rice and Lentils

Inspired by more traditional Indian recipes, this curried rice and lentils is a full vegetarian meal right out of your crock pot.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Note: you can use 1 medium onion, diced instead of the onion powder.
