Having read your profile, I feel we are both treading the same road. I, like you, don’t like a punishing regime as in the past I quickly discovered that if you stop for any reason injury or illness or even just fed up doing it your body will react to this very quickly. I am also pretty good at gaining weight and discovered an interesting scientific fact about it. Through careful and detailed study and lots of experiments, I discovered that gaining weight is directly proportional and connected to what I eat. I intend trying to get this study published in the medical journal it will amaze people. Lol I see we were both the same weight when we started. I had a 54 inch waist and got down to a 36 inch waist but then discovered it was not all my own effort I had help from mother nature lol Anyway, you are doing well and I wish you all the happiness in the world and total success in reaching you target weight.

Thank you all, i will win that is a fascinating scientific fact you're investigating though I feel you will need a range of volunteers to prevent the correlation from being attributed to your quite apparent uniqueness. I regret that I myself will be unable to participate in this scientific endeavour as I am myself researching the impact of sleep on handwriting, so far I find that falling asleep greatly reduces the quality of writing and complete sleep entirely disrupts all writing - I think if I were to participate in two scientific studies at once both would be fully compromised.
