I've got my determination back.

Best wishes to all my buddies.

Obviously I've fallen way off plan for the last couple of months.
Am not sure about the next couple of months either, but I'm still planning to make this the year that I aim for 140 and below. We'll see.

Wishing all my FS buddies well.
I haven't been about much lately and still feel a bit under par.

Although I'm not exactly delighted with my weight messing about, I have to admit it is because I've been messing about with what I eat.. so fair dues.
I think I've done quite well not to go too far off track.
I am at least keeping lunch and breakfast very healthy which helps.
