In 2016 I didn't log on to here at all or post anything. Well I reached my goal weight before my birthday last year and was ecstatic. I did well too in keeping off the weight and just being healthy. Even when I went on holiday I didn't over indulge. Then the new year came and my back gave out. The agony I went, and am still going through is indescribable, and the worse thing is the depression I slipped in to and that les to me feeling sorry for myself and binge eating. As you can imagine, I have put on most half of the weight I worked so hard to lose and I feel horrible.
Now I am back on here to help control what I eat and hopefully will be back to light exercise in the gym. Will all depend on what the outcome of my hospital appointment on Friday will be.
