First Day back in the gym after 2 weeks off. (due to back injury).
Did a run and weights (Back and Biceps) Felt good. Lower back only hurting a little now. I think it's time for me to starting increasing my calories by about 400kcal per week and see if I can regain some weight that I've lost. Time will tell.
