IT Contractor who's very much into fitness. (Male 40 years old)
I lost about 3 stones (from 14 to 11 stone) due to an injury on my shoulder 2 years ago, so stopped training. Another reason for losing lots of weight was that I cut out sugar from my diet completely.
I'm now back in training and introduced Cardio into my fitness plan.
I've cut out lots of processed foods and replaced them with whole foods.
My new goal is to put on some weight (about 1-1.5 stone) I try and train 5 days a week. 2 Days Cardio and 3 days weights. I'm now going for a "lean" look rather than a "bulky look". I weigh myself every Thursday morning 1st thing before eating to keep a consistent record.
