Did a little better today. Had planned on having fish with steamed veggies but was too tired when I got home so finished the half carton of veggie soup and had a banana sandwich on wholemeal bread along with a cup of tea. Also had 2 cups of Dandelion Tea during my work shift. Kept me going.
