I am retired (66 yrs old) & have gained a large amount of weight since retiring in July 2015. I live alone with a little toy dog. I take a 30 minute walk at least 5 days a week & am calorie counting. I am happy to lose it slowely.
I enjoy knitting especially for my expected granddaughter who arrives in March 2017. I also enjoy reading & tv. Sadly I also enjoy cooking;baking & icecream!! But have cut the last 2 from my list!
