Very pleased! Have stayed away from the scales for a couple of weeks due to heavy weekends.... 4.5 lb drop ..... I'll take that!
89.6 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
