So happy with this small loss! Given that I was away over the weekend which involved THREE takeaways 😂 but I stayed focused for the rest of the week worked hard at my training sessions and didn't attend works do to celebrate the Chinese new year this Friday. I feel positive and ready to make further progress and look forward to seeing how much I can loose in a full week without setbacks. I am still going strong in making my dinners from scratch and I haven't had a ready meal this year as yet which if you knew me you would know it's a massive achievement as I hate cooking 😅 however the meal prep has been easier than I anticipated.
