I eat a lot of oriental food. This is home made thai green curry to be served with slim rice (18 kcal per 200grams). It's the best tasting one I have made so far! Total just over 400 kcal

Oljka10 77 - slim rice is made by various companies I get mine on Amazon from Eat Water. It doesn't taste exactly like rice but with curries is perfect! It feels like you eat rice and it doesn't change the taste of the curry like cauliflower rice does . It has no carbs or fat and I think it's brilliant for this sort of dish. Xx

Flowers - I start by frying thinly sliced garlic clove with couple of Thai chillies using low fat spray. then I add 80g of Thai Taste green curry paste and fry it a bit to release spices. then add chicken I add around 250g and coat it in the paste. fry it until it's partly cooked and then I add a can of low fat coconut milk green string beans and whole red pepper. cook it a bit on low heat. then I add lime keffir leaves a spoon of fish sauce, spoon of soy sauce and cook until chicken and veg are cooked to your liking. Then at the end I add fresh coriander and serve it with slim rice I get from Amazon. simple and delicious xx
