Is it ok to hate your fitness instructor? Because I hate mine! 😂😂😂 After horrendous weekend away calorie wise (just logged best to my memory all of the crap I ate 😢) I went to class tonight and it was all over body workout one! Squats, crunches, jumping jacks, running, push ups 😱😱😱 and so on... I felt like I was going to die! Even the 3k power walk home was hard as my knees were all wobbly 😅 I now know it was not worth it to eat so much over the weekend and this class didn't even begun to burn off the damage I did. I was supposed to be out on Friday on works Chinese new year party but I think I will not go as every time I make progress some event happens and I'm back to square one. this month I want to make progress and I will stay focused and working hard at my PTs and will see what magic I can do!
