Morning everyone , not logged in for a few weeks .. I’m still going to the gym for about 1hr 6 days a week / mainly cardio .. so did expect to lose more 😭.. finding myself hungry esp at night .. but it’s going in the right direction but not as quick as I’d liked .. 🤔
89.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

night time cravings are the hardest especially when working out or been busy all day. I find I don't sleep if proper hungry. a piece of toast or yoghurt helps me x
