Glucose was 85. That's a better number than I expected after 106 last week. Focusing on proteins, fruits, vegetables, and nuts went well last week. I need to focus on finding new flavors and recipes and keep the variety going. That will be key for me. I made a big batch of barbacoa last night and it will go really well with several meals this week.
