7 day weigh in. I had a total blow out on the weekend; boyfriends pay day, he bought us two takeaways and I went out for the night and had a lot of coke and jaager. I'm just super pleased the rest of my hard work meant a teeny loss and no gain at weigh in.
92 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds to me that you enjoyed yourself and we need to go off plan sometimes just to jump start our progress...I received this information from a mentor for me on this site. We have to enjoy our lifestyle journey to make it sustainable.. a mind set of this is... this is my lifestyle not a quick fix Ive been training my mind to think...and you are doing that...very proud of you on your progress sweetie;)

Don’t worry! We all have cheat days or even weekends! I caved & had a dominos on Saturday night & it resulted in a gain so well done for keeping it at a loss!! Something is better than nothing! X

you lucky,Coke has a high sugary content, i prefer tequila has zero calories, keep up the weight loss :)
