Didn’t lose any weight, but lost about 1-2 inches all over since January 4th. Re-evaluating my maintenance caloric intake. See y’all next week :)

73.5 kg Lost so far: 43.1 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
