jersey_di1's Journal, 21 Jan 18

I am happy with that loss (weigh ins once a week on Sunday morning),given that I had a massive meal out last Sunday and had a semi-naughty Monday (finishing cheesecake left from Sunday lol)! I have been cooking all of my evening meals from scratch so i know exactly what goes in it and avoiding any ready meals which contain chemicals and usually loads of added sugar. I have done the shopping of produce and veg for this week and planned my meals for the week, another Thai/oriental bonanza, although I will be making cauliflower rice for the first time to replace normal rice and to reduce calorie intake. I hope the weather gets better so I can do more of my 5k power-walks which I love as I need to up my exercise to 3 times a week. Have a great week everyone!

That's great. Cooking from scratch is so much better on the calories for sure!

Thanks Yasmine x I can be lazy with cooking but the diet ready meals might be low in calories but are not always healthy and I want both 😊
