Omg! I have just discovered cauliflower rice.. it is the best thing ever!!! I'm officially in love 😂

Aguuulek i eat mine with curries. Especially Thai green curry as it goes so well together. any sauce based dish will go with it in my opinion. chilli con carne is great with it too. or try it as a side dish with fried egg in it to make it like a egg fried rice x

I make homemade cauliflower rice and blitz fresh coriander in. Bag and freeze in portions. Nice with curry or chilli.
