jersey_di1's Journal, 27 Jan 18

I just signed up for a 4 weeks boxing training camp starting on 1st of Feb. 3 times a week for 45min each session. This will give me the exercise amount I require and hopefully i will see some results in the coming month. Tomorrow is a weigh in day and its not looking good. After horrendous week at work working crazy hours and stressed to a point of being sick i had a meltdown on Thursday and emptied the cupboards of all easily edible things in site :( I haven't even bothered to record what i ate.. Also last night was a year since my mother in law died so to cheer up my husband we had a movie and take out night and today i was fairly good but it will not reverse the damage of the past two days so i expect a gain. But that's life and i can do better so i am not so stressed about it

boxing is a geat all body workout. i used to do it and it does make you sweat. stress is bad as cortisol hormone makes you store fat. try to make the work a game and enjoy. the companys problems are not your problems. on your deathbed you will not be regretting that you didnt work longer.

learnfromgirls it is very true but I'm working for a promotion 😀 once I have it I can slow down.. also already talked to my manager and I will be giving away few of my clients to work on a smaller portfolio so I don't work myself into an early grave. glad he also noticed I was too busy! I'm looking forward to the classes but bit worried it will be too hard 😅😅 will see after Thursday
