This is a nice drop 😀 I have stuck to healthy eating and did exercise once this week and will look to increase it a little every week. The stamina I built up last year is long gone but I just need to do it again. It will get easier but let me tell you now- I shall never like to exercise! 😂😂😂 Every couple of weeks I have a treat meal at a different restaurant and today it's Tomahawk steak with all the trimmings 😋 been looking forward to it all week! Have a great week ahead guys and remember you are all doing amazing! x

Thank you Yasmine! it was amazing!!! I ended up having scallops for starter and a cheesecake for dessert few hours later 😂😂 but it was so worth it! x
