I found this photo today when clearing my phone. I sent it to my friend asking for advice on the dress.. It was in 2016 when I was around 73kg (at my lowest since starting the diet in December 2014) and I cant believe how much better i looked comparing to now! I need to get back to this and beyond! this is it! No excuses, no yo-yo weigh-ins, just stick to what I know!
