I made it up myself after looking at several recipes. you can use whatever quantities you wish depending on your calorie allowance. First using 1kcal spray fry chicken breast and onions in the pan to brown it off. make stock from Knorr stock pot and pour over chicken add five spice Chinese spice some hot curry powder chop in chilli and mixed peppers (you can use other veg if preferred ) add two three spoons of light soy sauce and season more if required. then add 2-3 spoons of rice vinegar . add more or less of everything used depending on quantities or preference. Cook on small heat until chicken and veg are cooked and once you are happy with it add fresh chopped coriander and pak choi cook for 1 to 2 min to soften it and serve. I served it with rice noodles (170 kcal ) but you can serve it with bean sprouts for even less calories. it tastes great has very little fat. Hope you like it if you decide to try it! xx

bubblegum it so is! and so low on fat. I'm glad you liked it Yasmine 😀 I forgot to add that I also put in keffir lime leaves in which gives it that lemony taste and smell. I use them in many soups I make x
