Little summary of past couple of months.. binge eating. I am so disappointed in myself as I have undone many months of good behaviour and I promised myself I won't do it again but here we are.. I am not going to cry over it just get back on it and look forward 😀 On a plus I gave up smoking last month and am doing well and the cravings have stopped so hopefully won't stuff my face so much now and can loose significant amounts in first couple of weeks. Just made the weirdest soup with all leftover veg from Christmas and it actually tastes OK! and what's better it has virtually no fat. Looking forward to getting back in shape as I feel awful at the moment and my body is begging for a break from all the crap I have been eating recently and I cannot understand how did I function when I was 28KG heavier! I am never going back to that so time to get back to reality and face the fact I am getting really fat again😂😂 good luck all with your ongoing weight loss, with the restarts and the newbies 😘

Darling, it’s probably because you’ve stopped smoking that you felt the cravings, so I’ve been told! But well done for stopping and realising you have to get back on the horse! All the best with your goals you’ve done it before and am sure you can do it again. X

I gave up smoking Feb 2017 and it really has been a nightmare watching the pounds go on. I have been vaping though and I thought I would get away with not gaining weight. How wrong I was. You are doing amazing and you WILL get to your goal weight. Good Luck! x
