Home made Thai green curry with brown rice!

it was amazing Kazzy! and it keeps the cravings for take away at bay! I love oriental food and this was made with light coconut milk and organic paste so not much fat in. Oh and it's so simple to make as I'm not the best cook in the world 😂😂

7abz7 thanks 😁 I used 1kcal spray, around 10, in the wok added 40grams of Waitrose organic green curry paste and fried it for around 3 minutes, added chicken (however much you wish) kept frying and coating meat with the paste for another 3 minutes then added green pepper, green beens carrots, peas (again whatever quantity you want) together with light coconut milk (minimum 200ml per portion for me is a must 😅) 2 tbsp of fish sauce and a bit of soy sauce. left it on small heat for 5 min added lime kefir leafs and fresh coriander, cooked it on small heat for another 5-8 minutes and there you have it! served it with brown rice. so quick and simple! xxx
