I managed a week between standing on the scales. A small rise though.
My park run yesterday went very well indeed - great fun to do it with others . 5K in 29 mins and 8 seconds very pleased.

Other good news is that we have now been accepted for home sitting and should get a sit in the next four weeks.
Next weekend we have booked a last minute hotel - Two nights in Easbourne half board

Today is another birding day - Langstone harbour near Southampton

Oh and our son is moving out at the end of the month -Bring on fish and lamb.

Well done on the park run.. My daughter did a 5k last Sunday and was amazed that before I had kids I would do 5k cross country in 28.. those were the days 😉
