Daily av cals/exercise/carbs= 2494cal/3252cal/236g
Weight lost in month 1.5Kg (total lost 26kg)
BMI 25.4 (WAS 33.8)
Body fat 27%
Average BP (off medication) all good at 124/71
Average RHR 47 BPM (was 57)
Belt overhang 205mm in light trousers (was 25mm)

Next month - Main targets: Weigh ins - Down to once a week - lose 1.5Kg, run 3x a week, long walk 2x a week and complete the formal 10K run in Ascott 29th Oct. And hopefully take in a few less carbs
78.7 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
