Good start to the month. A decent walk yesterday 17.3 miles in under 4-1/2 hours 3.995 mph and a 1200 calorie deficit.
I wasn't perfect 1500 calories of pear cake was eaten. I managed not to weigh myself this morning hopefully I can keep this up until next Sunday. Below I have depicted my latest diet stats in my next journal entry i hope it is readable I thought it might be of interest to some?
