That's two days going to the gym behind me, working on cardio at the moment with a few light weights to help tone as my weight drops (live in hope l guess) on each day l managed to burn around 700 extra calories so let's hope l see a difference at the end of the week. I have been looking at my food or should l say type of food l plan to buy and it's full of fresh vegetables, fruit, pasta and lean meat. I have also included an assortment of snacks if things get tough and I want to eat a whole cow lol the problem is I never want to eat stuff like that it's CHOCOLATE that I go for lots and lots of it. I have been really good and not had any since I began my journey, so l'm well pleased with that. I wish this weather would get better, rain, rain and more rain. The gardeners among you will be loving it but I am not. Well that's my journal updated and l need to eat, l have chicken and rice tonight, with jelly and fresh strawberries .
