late today our 27 year old daughter is coming to stay for four nights whilst she goes to a wedding of a friend, she works long hours in London and we don't get to see her much. So really looking forward to her visit.

I will be pottering around the house and garden today

On the weight front things are slow despite some very decent calorie deficits. Transitioning foibles from LCHF to normal diet/increased exercise is the probably the cause for this latent time. i do have a mind that my belly side handles have reduced a bit in the last week. So it may be that diet lost muscle is being replaced?
I need to lose 1kg to be able to say that I was less than 13 stone on my birthday in three weeks time, however that is something of a hollow victory if the week after that I am heavier.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Following a power cut in the village ended up using time on a 8.7 mile walk to test the new to me "map my walk" app - Av pace 16.16 mins per mile, pretty decent.
