Adpully's Journal, 22 May 17

Yesterday I flexed with my calorie intake and ate 2800 cals, at least 1000 cals more than normal . I felt very hungry after walking twelve miles first thing in the morning and was very busy around the house all day. Then walked four miles to get a bottle of wine for our evening meal. Still managed a decent calorie deficit of 1760 cals so still lost weight.

Today I have a few small tiding up jobs that will involve trips to the dump and I have to go and give a quote to a couple for replacing some double gates. On Thursday we are off to Chelsea flower show my wife is very excited about that.
