Blimey, another 2 lbs off this week, that's a surprise. The 5:2 diet is really suiting me and I'm finding it so easy.

I don't really need to lose any more but have a holiday coming up in 10 days time and won't be counting the calories while we're away. If I gain a little it won't matter! 😃😃😃
