I now have some "go faster" gel insoles for my walking trainers (Lidl's best!) and what a difference they have made!! There's life in the old boots yet 😁 and I now no longer feel every stone along the way.

Tried them out today, walk with hubby started off ok. Totnes to Dartington and then on to Staverton (lunch on the railway platform). We then did a loop of Staverton and went a bit "off piste" on the way back. We eventually got back to Totnes some five and a quarter hours later..... fun and games !!! 😁😁😁
