Early start - Dropping a kitchen off just past Southampton.
A small loss from yesterday means it's official I have lost 1 stone in 30 days.
Round my belly is 2 inches less than it was.

Quick brekkies, microwaved Scrambled eggs for first time - Actually OK
98.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
