Stayed the same again this week - that's not a surprise, too many "occasional" treats creeping in!

Eating out again on Wednesday with my brother and sis-in-law so will try and be a bit more careful the rest of the week...... :)
58.1 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
