Just isn't shifting!
58.5 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

As there is nothing in your profile telling us anything about you we can only go by your weight history. I have to say, you don’t seem to have the “will to win”. You have proven you can lose it but you have also, over a five year period, proven you cannot maintain it. I wish I could help you but I feel there is no chance of that. Good luck anyway success is there for the taking but it takes will power and we don’t all have that.

I think IWW's being a bit harsh here. You don't have that much to lose, but sometimes it's hard sticking to the straight and narrow for months on end. I've had a quick look at your diet calendar. Even on the days when you're in a good calorie deficit and below your RDI, you eat quite a lot of carbs. Maybe trying a low-carb approach might help. You could try it for a week to see if it does any good and review the situation.

Thanks - and like you say IWW you don't know anything about what happened in that 3yr period and all considered to put on what I did it ain't that bad. Will look at reducing some carbs good idea
