Very happy with that and now 2 pounds under my Christmas goal. But the question is can I keep it off over Christmas? My answer is highly unlikely!
Hope you all have a great week in the run up to Christmas.

Great drop, and since you're two pounds under goal, it won't matter if you put on a pound or two - it will soon come off again. The trick is to go straight back on your diet as soon as Christmas is over.

Bowd, I'm going to be under target as well (fingers crossed). I'm just looking it as a bit of wiggle room so that I'm on target for 1 January. That's the idea anyway. Good luck.

Wiggle room! Love it

Had hoped to have wiggle room, just have wobble room at the mo. Ho hum, I'll get there. As I pointed out to my Hypno Monkey I have learned this year that I do not have to do everything NOW. Enjoy crimble, eat drink and be merry, for in 2017 we diet . . .

Thank you buddies, you are all such fantastic support! Wiggle room that's a good one SP. Mine is more wobble than wiggle too ST, but we will get there. I have a few ideas in my head about what I am going to do over Christmas. I am going to enjoy Christmas day and boxing day, but I am not going to pig out as I have done before. I seem to have more control now than I've had in years! Especially with sugary foods, my ultimate downfall year after year. I am not a control freak, in fact normally quite the opposite. What I really want is to succeed, especially after the health scare, it's made me more determined this time! 🤗

Well done Debbie! I just joined another 2-week challenge to help me through Christmas and new year, called 'All I want for Christmas is to fit into my pants!' See you there? Lol.
