Had a cold all week so very little exercise the last 10 days. This weight loss is from reduced caslorie intake.

Very please as this is about 1kg per week which is a nice, sustainable start.
127.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 27.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
