Morning, hope you are all keeping well. So unfortunately no weight loss for me this week, but I have had a rough few days (hormones) with migraine headaches, bloated abdomen and sugar cravings like you wouldn’t believe! Despite the cravings, I have remained good and kept within my RDI. In fact I weighed myself on Friday and was actually two pounds heavier! I am a bit fed up, but at least this morning I am back to 170 pounds (12st,2) for the weigh in.
This weekend is a going to be hard, as I will be eating out, works Christmas night out on Saturday and then Sunday it is my son’s birthday. So it is probably not going to be a good week for weight loss next week. After this I am determined to get to 12st or under before we reach Christmas! So it's onwards and hopefully downwards!
77.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your body is obviously doing all sorts of odd things right now, but all those good choices you've been making are still having good effects - hopefully even more good news will be seen once the various symptoms are resolved. I do hope you feel much better soon.

Yes ARB you are so right, I am still feeling fitter than I have done in years. Also most of my clothes are a lot slacker. Thank you Kes, I am staying committed and even the meals out I will continue to make healthy choices. I have learned not to continue eating when I feel full and that I can say no to dessert. The meal on Saturday is a 3 course, but I will just have a bit of everything and I have already picked the healthier options.

Sorry to hear you're feeling down off it but great that you've managed to keep your head and not make poor choices when you're suffering cravings. Take care, B

Cravings they are a nightmare . I had my worst tonight. I went looking for chocolate in the kitchen. Found my grandsons Magnums. I opened the packet and picked a bit of the cold chocolate. Ugh I hate these beastly ices really. Threw it all in the bin! Good for you keeping within your RDI. You've got a Xmas target. You can do this and it will be worth it. Grrrrrr, you can do this. X Hugs to you ⭐

I'm sure you'll lose the 2 pounds before Christmas, Bowd, despite the weekend. You still have plenty of time. Then, come the New Year, you can start making your way down to your goal!
