Had a really good day, weather has been much better so had two good walks with the dogs. Then went swimming this afternoon, did 18 lengths today. Still haven't managed to book a class yet, think i am just a bit nervous. I will carry on with the swimming for now, then when I am ready I will book into a class.

Next time you go swimming why not ask at Reception if you can chat to the aquarobics instructor to find out more about the class and how it might affect your particular back problems? They should be willing if they're in and free and it might help you decide if it's for you or not. You're doing well with your exercise, mind

Yes thanks Phooka, I will ask at reception. I think I am more nervous as it will be something new. Overall i think I am doing ok and i am really enjoying it too!

Fantastic idea. Low impact but really works so I have heard. And, if your co-ordination is anything like mine, you won't show yourself up by falling over at the back of the class!

I agree with what's said here. Just love swimming, but feel ravenous when I come out 🏄

I love aquarobics! Your swims sound lovely. The only pool I have access to is closed for the winter, and I miss my workouts.
