Struggling as I try and shake off my cold. Working makes me hungry. Only saving grace is I am avoiding the myriad of burger vans I pass along my route. Mind you, these cold mornings, a bacon roll would go down a treat.

I can't see anything wrong with a bacon roll now and again as long as you count it as part of your RDI. Hope your cold goes soon Jocko ☺

I hope you feel better soon. As B says, there's nowt wrong with a bacon roll as long as you count it. Sometimes the fact you feel like you're indulging can work wonders. Take care!

I know it can be rough when you're not feeling well, but do try to find some other way to reward and comfort yourself.This weight loss journey is as much about changing the habits that made you fat in the first place, as it about just getting rid of the excess weight. I'm having to remind myself of that every day!

Me too buddy, just love bacon butties. Have that roll and count it in... you deserve a nice warm treat. Take care out there

It's hard to stick to any kind of diet when out of the house working, isn't it? Some of those food trucks have healthy comfort food. If it was me, I would eat the bacon and toss the roll or have a big ol' burger with all the fixings and no bun.
