Yesterday went quite well. Scales were kind this morning. Back to work today (just Tues, Thurs, Fri this week), so that always helps. The guys laugh at me with only my tub of Macadamias for lunch, but I tell them it is 600 calories of almost pure Fat, and enough to keep me going through the day.

Great the scales were good today.. just what you need as you start back to work. Double whammy. Oh the nuts do sound delicious.. oh I wish. I wish, but the last nut I ate 5 years ago landed me in hospital. I do miss them, especially the salted variety. Have a great day on the road.🚗
