Well how about that then!! I'm now into the "nines" - just!!! 9 st 13 lbs for the first time in years. It will most certainly be temporary as I start my holiday today and expect a blip, but will get back on it on my return. :)
63.0 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
