Three weeks in - and a total loss so far of 6 lbs, so quite pleased with my efforts so far :)
68.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thank you Flowers. I feel motivated at the moment and find I must record EVERYTHING or else I go off the rails! I have in the region of a stone and a half more to lose as 140 lbs is only my "initial" target. One step at a time! Well done for making a start - I find I have to be in the right frame of mind before I can actually get going. Same goes for tasks such as sewing etc. Good luck! :)
