Is it disappointing?
Not really, it is what it is.
It's not a significant loss, but hey, it's not a significant gain either.
Given the week or two I have just had that is a huge bonus.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
