That is my weight, unadjusted, straight from the scales this morning. Keeping to my plan of a pound a week. Really pleased.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 34.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It feels great. Just bought new trousers today - because I could. 34" waist. Down from a 46" waist.
