The diamonds show the daily weigh-ins and the red line the calculated trend. Big difference in the information. You can see clearly how the trend slows down, then speeds back up, plateaus, then drops away again. This table is from The Hacker's Diet site.

I thought so. Looking at the data points my weight is going nowhere and would be very disturbing and disappointing. But once you take the noise out and just show the calculated trend, things look hunk dory.
