Yesterday was a busy day. I unintentionally ate less calories than intended, not that it's a problem. Today I'm at the weight that I will be setting as my new goal weight tomorrow. It's only a slight adjustment...

Sometimes I find it hard to get in what I should as well. Sometimes I can't seem to keep them down. It's a balancing act, and you my friend are in balance.

Its ok to under eat a bit once in a while. I do it on accident sometimes. Our body's are very adaptable to differences in calorie intake. Just think about how our ancestors survived famine! Obviously we are not getting that extreme but under eating slightly wont kill you, just make sure to eat a little more at your next meal and to get adequate protein
