No aerobics. No dogma. Lift weights for exercise. Hunt, fish, gather my own firewood (actually now swap firewood for guitar lessons so I have more play time), pick berries, and rock climb. Just a guy in his 50s who five years ago weighed on average between 235 and 240. I'm now just attempting to maintain a body that would put the average mid 20s male to shame.
