I did it! I made it below the 160 mark. It was a small loss but considering what I ate this weekend I'll take it. This will be a hard week for me. My mom and brother are coming for a visit so there will be eating out and drinking (not much I hope). But for now I'm going to enjoy this loss and stay positive!

I don't know why it is, but when we set a benchmark e seem to struggle with its attainment. Once you're post it, it verbs to get easier. Well done.
